POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
• Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service
• Will assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions
• Performs food-handling and service duties
• Answers questions relating to all F&B products
• Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by any manager
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
• Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks
• Prepare specialty foods such as pizzas, sandwiches, misc., following specific methods that usually require short preparation time
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
• Must be able to hand cash and be comfortable using computers for inputting transactions
• Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items
• Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
• Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Bilingual is a plus.
• General knowledge of kitchen equipment required
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problems solving, prioritizing, and memory skills
• Must have a commitment to excellence


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate hand tools (may include operating industrial machinery). Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds frequently. Specific work assignments may change without notice. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The majority of work will be performed in a non-climate-controlled environment, will be exposed to severe inclement weather and varying degrees of extreme temperature. Will be exposed to various industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, etc. Will be exposed to strong odors, and loud noise levels.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal departmental operating hours. All departments are open during major holiday periods.
